ContactQuestions about ordering and payment
Here is how an order works from first message to invoice, and what happens if plans change. For anything not covered, ask through the contact page.
How do I place an order?
Send an enquiry through the contact page describing your studio and what you need. We reply with questions, and where useful arrange a call or visit. You then receive a written quotation. Nothing is ordered or charged through this website, and work starts only after you confirm the quotation in writing.
How is payment made?
After you confirm the quotation we issue an invoice, which is paid by bank transfer. Payment terms are stated on the quotation and invoice. We do not take card payments or online payments, and there is no checkout on this site.
What does a quoted price include?
The quotation lists what is covered: surveys, design, equipment supply where agreed, installation, testing, documentation and any training or support days. Anything outside that list is named as excluded. If you ask for more during the work, we agree it with you in writing before it is added.
What can change the price?
The main factors are the size and condition of the room, how much existing equipment is reused, the number of cameras and sources, travel distance and how much time you want us on site. Tight schedules and out-of-hours work can also affect the figure.
Can I cancel after confirming a quotation?
Yes, in writing. What you owe depends on how far the work has progressed, and equipment already ordered for you may carry its own cost. The details are set out in our payment and refund policy, and we explain them before you confirm.
How is a refund paid?
Where a refund is due under the payment and refund policy, it is returned by bank transfer to the account the payment came from. We confirm the amount in writing first, so you know what to expect before the transfer is made.
Do the guide prices on this page bind you?
The calculator and the prices here are a guide to help you plan. The binding figure is the one in your written quotation, which reflects your actual room, equipment and schedule. If the quotation differs from the guide, we explain why.
Are surveys and first conversations charged?
A first conversation about your plans is part of answering an enquiry. A full site survey with a written design takes engineering time and is included in the quotation as survey and planning, so you see it as a clear line.
